Clifton
Albergotti’s color scroll, “Ocean Kelp”, was
selected for the 22nd
Annual National Juried Exhibition of Works on Paper of the Berkeley
Art Center. Jurors for the show were Karin Breuer (Curator
of Contemporary Graphic Art, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco)
and Donald S. Farnsworth (artist and Director of Magnolia Editions,
Oakland, CA). The center presents exhibitions with a national
reputation and produces publications such as art catalogs and
limited-edition portfolios. The center’s activities are

Landscapes
of Desire was the enigmatic title of the group show at
the Center
for Fine Art Photography, Ft. Collins, CO. The show contained
three of Clifton Albergotti’s photographs: “Exotic
Landscape,” “Where the Road Ends,” and “Secrets
of the Cave.” The latter was singled out for a “Director’s
Recognition” award. About 30 different artists were represented
